I’ve seen a dozen different chiropractors in Southern California throughout my life, most of them proficient practitioners. However, none can match Dr. Charina Holmes’ experience and knowledge which she has gained through the sheer volume and diversity of clients she has seen over the course of her career as well as the cases that she consults on for attorneys. She has successfully treated me for multiple injuries and, once when she felt there was more going on, she ordered blood tests that uncovered an important diagnosis. Because of her experience treating all kinds of common and uncommon cases, she’s been able to recommend treatments and perform adjustments that were out of the norm whenever I was dealing with an unusual issue. She is an advocate and is herself a role model for wellness, a touchstone for me to stay on a healthy path. Always professional, she also personally hires and trains all her staff to be very cordial and helpful. I highly recommend her practice to anyone dealing with an injury or any health issue that may be tied to the body’s alignment as so many conditions are.

Dr Holmes Moreno and her staff are caring and professional. They provide high quality care and services to facilitate healing and recovery. Dr Holmes Moreno’s adjustments really helped to alleviate my back and neck pain. Gio is the best massage therapist. Juliana, Iris, and Cindy are all so helpful & caring and their professionalism is unmatched. Recently I injured my back by visiting a Reflexology Salon near my home. A Friend recommended Dr. Holmes so I started my treatments with her. She did an amazing job with my back, in 2 months I was better than before. As I was there I noticed she also helps with other health issues, so I inquired about helping with my sugar (I’m diabetic). My A1C had been at 13% for the past year. Dr. Holmes recommended a 21 day cleanse (detox). I followed her advice to the T. In approximately 1 1/2 months my A1C dropped 4%. It was amazing how it dropped to 9%. 2 months later I asked if she can now assist me in losing weight. I had reached a plateau of 164 lbs and couldn’t seem to drop my last 30 as I wanted. As before I followed her advice, and began the weight loss diet she recommended and in 4 days I went from 164 lbs to 157 lbs. really excited to see the final results.
