(May 11, 2018, 11:21 am)Desiree is so sweet and patient. Luckily my parents had prearranged their funeral, so it was just going over what my mom requested originally.
I was so grateful to the answering service. My mom had passed in Balwin Park and I needed to get her transported up to the AV.
Thank God I remembered Chapel of the Valley and called in. They took care of it all. Within a couple of hours, my mom was picked up.
Thank You again!

(September 21, 2017, 3:01 pm)I went to Chapel of the Valley for my husbands funeral services, and I can not thank them enough for all the help and support they gave. They called and emailed me back right away even on off hours.
Linda was completely amazing with everything, I sent her multiple emails and she was very fast and helpful with getting back to me and answering all my questions. Very compassionate person. She even let me have some time alone with my husband after my hours were up for the funeral. Everything was set up beautiful for him. Thank you Linda for everything and Chapel of the Valley. -
