Rey Osuna is a sexual predator. He works for Toyota of Lancaster. He puts tracking devices in the key fobs of unsuspecting female patrons while their cars are being serviced. He is a private detective that uses the dealerships that he’s worked for to victimize women. He is dangerous. He’s been stalking me for 7 years and the police cannot touch him. I’ve been told he’s untouchable. So I’m passing this info along in hopes of protecting the women of the Antelope Valley. The police can’t help me but that won’t keep me from trying to protect you.
