  Kyle is amazing to work with, very professional and unlike any realtor I have ever met. He's thoughtful and analytical, but also very personable and easy to talk to. He makes his recommendations, but also hears out your thoughts and reasons with you to come up with the best way forward. He helped us with a purchase and a sale, along with numerous offers and possible offers. Always willing to talk and help even if it may not end up being a sale for him. Couldn't ask for a better person to work with, highly recommend him and his team!

  Kyle was my agent for a purchase in Palos Verdes. Kyle has in-depth knowledge of the area. He provides solid advice on trends and pricing. He’s very responsive and answers all questions. During escrow he had planned ahead for inspections, and being able to move quickly during escrow was a reason we were competitive in this market.   Having gone through the purchase process three times I can strongly recommend Kyle as a consultative agent who puts his clients needs and future over all else. I met Kyle at a house he was listing and immediately knew he was the agent for us. He brings a wealth of local knowledge combined with an analytical approach to ensure his clients are well represented, steers them clear of making the wrong decision, and always focuses on value over emotional purchases.
  
  We initially started our search in the South Bay from afar. Kyle would quickly filter out houses that looked good in a listing based on his knowledge of the neighborhoods and property or home shortcomings that we did not pick up on ourselves. He saved us from seeing over half of the properties that showed up on the list and prevented us from moving forward on a number of homes that would have ultimately been a bad decision. He always had time to talk us through potential homes, market dynamics, current data, and neighborhoods that we should consider.

  We were looking for a real estate agent in PV and came across Kyle's YouTube videos on his perspective on the current real estate market trends. He's different from other agents in that he goes above and beyond in researching and understanding your preferences. He's efficient and doesn't push the clients to make a sell but really wants to find the right home for you. He's very knowledgeable from even a macroeconomic perspective and he definitely stands out from other agents we've encountered during our search process. I would highly recommend Kyle.
