  Stopped in today just to window shop and ended up getting some buttons and a seam roller, two items I had been looking to add to my crafting collection for a while! The woman who helped me at checkout was very kind and warm, I definitely know where to get all of my sewing or quilting supplies when I am in the Pasadena area again :-)

  Best of the best in vacuum repair. Taught me about reset buttons and belts and found a screw so I didn't need the duct tape. * The sewing section is also a delight to wander in. Inspires me to get back to quilting.

  So kind and helpful. I haven’t brought my vacuum in yet, but their team picked up my phone call right before close and gave me several troubleshooting ideas free of charge. They let me know I can bring my vacuum in for a free diagnostic if I still can’t get it to work.

  This place is a total gem. The couple who own/operate it is super sweet, so helpful, and very knowledgeable… Robert sold us an incredible vacuum that has made vacuuming an absolute joy, and when it stopped working briefly (because of user error), I took it to him and he helped me get it back up and running good as new. I can’t say enough great things about this place—we are so very lucky to have them in the neighborhood.

  I came in almost a month ago needing a replacement part for my sewing machine. I’m a novice sewer and they were so helpful because I had no idea what I was asking for and all I had were some pictures to show my problem. Thank you so much!
