Great customer service! Vanesa and Cesar were able to help in upgrading are service plan and my daughter even got a new iPhone 14 it’s very nice and works great. Never fails to help us out on any questions we have. Thank you AT&T crew at the Pasadena location.

Excellent customer service! Went in because I wanted to see what plans and offers there were for cellular. As I waited to be helped, which didn’t take long, the employee who was able to help me was more than happy to help me answer my questions and was actually able to answer every question I had. Would recommend this location to others because of how excellent my experience was!

Friendly and professional staff! I came in to get my account switched from a competitor to AT&T. The wait time was minimal and they were able to quickly process my new line. At one point an employee had to refer me to their manager for some questions, and she was very friendly and helpful.

Service was great, the store was not busy when I arrived and the wait was about 5 min. Two ladies helped me and were great in getting my issue resolved during this visit. The suggested phone to purchase is very appreciated and I couldn't be happier with it. The check out was a bit problematic and took longer than expected due to the store (pad) devices continuously glitching. The two staff members were very patient and professional. Their help and honesty is very appreciated! 💖
