    Str8 Performance is amazing. Our family first found them years ago before they moved to the current location. My son had worked with Cameron previously and had such an amazing experience, we decided to have our other son and daughter work with him as well. After our first session, we knew we needed to take part as well. Ashton agreed to train my wife and I and we were soon doing family sessions. Their positive attitude, attention to detail and ability to challenge us in a different way with every workout make the sessions fun for our family. They are experts in injury prevention and performance training and I would recommend for all ages.

    Ashton & Cameron are amazing, talented coaches! Dedicated to their clients & athletes ensuring they are successful in accomplishing their goals. I have learned & grown so much from working with them over the past several years. I highly recommend working with them! Their knowledge and expertise is like no other.

    In August 2019, my daughter suffered a tear of the ACL and sustained significant damage to her meniscus following a contact drill playing soccer. It wasn’t until she began training with Ashton and Cam that we saw significant improvement after having worked with several physical therapists to regain strength and form over 13 months. In October 2020, she failed her first strength test and had restrictions in the activities in which she could participate. I reached out to Ashton, shared where she was in her recovery and inquired as to whether he and Cam could help. He said “we got you”. Six weeks later, she passed the strength test at 95% and is cleared for all activities. There is no question in my mind, or hers, that Ashton and Cam did what others couldn’t. Great environment! Great motivators passionate about performance! And, how do they jump higher as they get older? Seriously!

    I cannot say enough about Ashton and Cam. They are definitely not your average trainers. They really know what they are doing and just how to do it. They are able to accurately assess your goals and fitness level and formulate a plan to get you to where you need to be. Ashton and Cam work with both myself, an ex-high school athlete, and my fiancé, a professional athlete, and I can say that neither of us have ever been worked harder. Each of your workouts are meticulously planned out, unique, and specifically designed for the phase of their training plan that you are in at that time. All the exercises that they put you through are compound movements that work multiple muscle groups simultaneously targeting your strength, coordination, and balance. During your workouts, they give you their undivided attention, making sure to correct your form, motivate you, and keep you on track. Somehow, they know just how far to push you outside your comfort zone, without pushing you too far. After two months of working out with them, I’ve already started to see big changes aesthetically and in my performance. I’ve never been more sore... or satisfied with a training experience. All-in-all, if you are looking to reach your fitness and performance goals and you are committed to working hard, Str8 Performance is definitely the way to go.

Hard work isn’t easy unless you are having fun, and you best believe you will have fun. Cam and Ashton also know what it takes to reach your goals and truly will do everything to ensure your success.
