Prolific Pest Services

We got recommended Prolific Pest Control by a friend who had the same problem we were having, ants!. We got an appointment within 3 days of my call. Nicholas showed up and assessed the situation and applied the treatment. He explained what we should do to make the treatment more effective and what we should know for safety as it pertains to us and our pups. The level of professionalism was top notch, and he was courteous and had a mask correctly on the entire time and social distanced. We could not be happier, I highly recommend this service if you have pests, or critter problems.

Though Prolific Pest Control is based in Pasadena, they are kind to go out of their area to service my home in La Mirada. A year ago we had a really bad ant problem. I called Prolific Pest Control and they sent a technician who took care of the problem. Recently the company sent tech Nicholas, who is very experienced in pest control. He cleaned all the spider webs and sprayed a non chemical substance to the entire house and yard. So I'm very happy with their service and will always use them.

Prolific Pest Control has been doing an amazing job servicing my home for years. They take the time to listen to what my concerns are and they fully address them every time. I have used a few different services in the past and I must say that Prolific Pest Control is the best around.

Jesse, Nicholas, or ALL of Technician’s and of course Vanessa in the office are like a fine oiled machine. They all work perfectly together. Their customer service is spectacular. Jesse is super knowledgeable about everything. We have needed their services for everything he does AND if he does not do the service he has amazing recommendations for you not to worry. He can do it all.

I called many pest control companies when I had ants in my house in SGV, and Prolific actually gave me the lowest price quote. I was worried that the service wouldn't be that good, but after I met Jesse (the technician) I was elated.

He inspected the house and then sprayed outside around the home. I was thrilled that he didn't have to use chemicals indoors to take care of the problem. He did add a dust into the walls of my kitchen and bathroom, but he said there was no need to spray indoors.

I never saw another ant again and its been over a month since he completed the service. He told me that he does other bugs and rats too.

They are a new business, so they go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. He offered to come back at no charge if I still had ants. I would recommend them to anybody that has ants or any other bugs. I hope I don't need an exterminator again, but if I do it will be Prolific.
