I have been getting help from Tri-Cty since 2014 and I love this place. I love all the people that help me. I love Jamie Holes and Courageous Minds. I have had the opportunity to share my story many times. Shout out to Dr. T and therapist David for all their help. I highly recommend you getting help from this place. :)

Not only has recovery taught me about being thankful, but I’ve discovered that recovery is easier when I’m thankful. When you don’t take life for granted, you automatically wake up and feel grateful. This makes recovery easier because you never want to lose that feeling. Recovery and gratitude are intertwined in that way.

Although the intake process was lengthy, I understand there are protocols that we must follow. But once all that was handled and taken care of. I I was able to start seeing a physician for my mental health condition. And my follow-up visits with my case manager. And doing this I now slowly have began treatment and therapy. And learning to get through some barriers that have been there. Very content with the services I have received from this office since day one.

They provide workshops and activities to promote wellness for people of all ages. There services are Free.
They offer: Support groups for kids teens and families, Computer lab, Parenting class, Games, Employment workshop, Cooking class, GED prep class, Anger management, Anxiety & meditation, family movie nights on fridays, plus more. Great place!

Just an awesome place. Phenomenal staff. I have been attending the group therapies they have during the week. They have been helping me tremendously such a blessing to have this place offering free services. Keep up the great work Tri-City!!
