(June 24, 2023, 8:08 pm)The staff here were excellent! Despite the wait, I was able to get a physical and give plasma in the same day. The nurse on site was able to answer all of my questions and concerns after taking their questionnaire. And when I was giving plasma, the staff frequently checked on me to make sure I was feeling okay. The staff does recommend coming at an earlier time in the day to make sure the process for you goes smoothly. Definitely take your time to recover after you give plasma!

The staff is doing everything they can, and I like that you have to make an appointment so as to not be so overcrowded. Much better than CSL, and their flat rate after your promotion period is also better
