  I originally purchased through Overstock and was missing a part. Sergio gave excellent customer service and quickly shipped the part we were missing for our shower system! We bought the Brushed brass shower system with rain head, wall head, wand and 3 body sprays! The fixture is stunning and great quality! Can't wait to try it out once our build is finished!

  The owner is committed to costumer satisfaction, I happily would do business with them again. Communication is the key. Take the time to explain the situation and patience with his speech, (a heavy Asian accent) and you will get great results. More than 6 months from my purchase he still provided me with great customer support......Thank you....

  The Grolta shower system and tub filler are gorgeous. They were the perfect color and style, but my plumber refused to install them. He was the only plumber to call me back when I was trying to find a plumber so unfortunately I had to send the system back and go with the same old same old Delta that is not quite the style or color I wanted in order to get this guy to work with me. But let me tell you, from purchasing all the way to when I had to unfortunately return the items I spoke and emailed with Customer Service a lot. They always responded very quickly and helped me with all questions I had. I really hope this company keeps growing and making beautiful products and I hope I get to put one of these beauties in my home in the future.

  Amazing Shower & Customer Service. We have been using the 22'' Brushed Nickel 4 Way Thermostatic Shower Faucet Waterfall & Rain Massage Body Jet Spray and Sliding Bar for just over 5 months and could not be more pleased. We originally ordered the item through Amazon and it never arrived -- Amazon cancelled our order and refunded our payment. I sent Grolta an email explaining what happened with our Amazon order and received a phone call from them within 10 minutes. The customer service was excellent and she immediately sent us the kit. The water pressure is amazing from the shower head, jets and wand, which surprised our plumber since it has a 1/2" line hook-up. Another great benefit is the temperature control knob. We set the knob to our preference in February and have not moved it since. No longer do we stand there with our arm in the shower adjusting the temperature back and forth until it's just right. I highly recommend this product and company without reservation.
