A reliable, professional hardwood floor installers and crew. Clean up, preparation of room as well as tarping other parts of the house to avoid dust well done!
We are thankful for the integrity and commitment of the staff and company.
The best hardwood floor people. That's all they do. Experts in the field with a long history.
Brian is a 5-star quality flooring company. We have been burned before using companies that sell all kinds of flooring and they really don't know hardwood at all. Brian on the other hand is a hardwood specialist and it shows. We told him our concern that we wanted a wood with minimal knots and in a certain shade and he delivered. He also noticed that our original flooring of carpet was not level so he fixed that problem so the wood flooring is installed beautifully and even. We also want to thank his wonderful manager Joanna, who is always very friendly and courteous and knows her hardwood very well. In their impressive showroom, she personally showed us some high quality samples and was very patient throughout the process. If you want a high quality job from a specialist look no further!
Brian and his team were recommended to me by one of my law partners. My husband and I hired a general contractor to remodel our kitchen and master bathroom. When they pulled up the old breakfast bar during the demo, we discovered that a section of hardwood floor was missing - and needed to have it repaired. Our contractor refused to do it, so we had to scramble and find someone on short notice. Brian was incredibly responsive, and while his bid wasn't the cheapest, we felt most confident going with him.
Couldn't have been happier about that decision. When our contractor got surly about fixing a mistake they had made in a transition area between the kitchen (which would be tiled) and this area of the hardwood, Brian stood firm and insisted on no cheap fixes. He was honestly a lifesaver (and I'm normally not this effusive) - completely patient while we were working out the issue. When his guys came to do the job, they were very respectful of our space, and meticulously protected the rest of our house from the sawdust. The floors look fantastic.
Brian is a good guy. His crew did an exceptional job installing flooring in my house. I would credit the quality to his lead installer.
