  I had my first session with Laur less than a week ago and I can already feel my stress and anxiety melting away. She gave me some very vital tools to help me deal with everyday triggers that have worked beautifully each time I’ve needed them.
  
  I’ve never tried hypnotherapy before and to be honest I wasn’t overly optimistic BUT I was open to try. Her calm and caring demeanor transcended me into a more relaxed place and I can’t thank her enough. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a little help dealing added stress/fears/anxiety or simply a better outlook on life.

  I went to Laur because I was having trouble sleeping. I felt like I had tried almost everything but Hypnosis. Truthfully, I didn't think I could get hypnotized but wanted to try because I believe in the the power of the sub-conscious. After just a few minutes with Laur, and her ability to get me to relax, I realized I was indeed hypnotized.
  
  Surprisingly, after my first session, I was able to get to sleep without a lot of hassle. I was really happy and encouraged.
  
  In addition to Laur's skills as a hypnotherapist, I have found her to be wonderfully caring and sensitive to my needs and concerns. She really cares and listens intently to what I am saying so that she can be as helpful as possible.
  
  I trust Laur, and I plan on continuing to see her in the future. She is now part of my wellness team.
