I needed some menus reviewed and approved for a summer camp. Another dietician was recommended, however, it turns out they were not credentialled. There was a tight time factor and Marissa was able to complete the job in a timely manner. She was thorough and asked all of the right questions. Marissa has a great understanding of what is an appropriate menu for active youth. She was quick with her responses and very easy to work with. We will use her again, and I am happy to refer others to her.

I consulted Marissa because of some borderline cholesterol readings that I was hoping to lower through diet and exercise. She's helped me learn the Mediterranean diet and has given me some great suggestions. Nothing feels restrictive and I like her positive approach. Marissa is knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. My recent blood work showed the cholesterol numbers I was worried about are nudging downward. My doctor told me to keep doing what I'm doing.
