I have been coming to Upstar Auto for about 6 years. They are some of the most honest auto repair shops out there. The reason is simple. They take good care of customers' car by repairing their cars promptly and professionally.

The owner Freeman is a great guy, and he's always very busy. I second the opinion of Jim that Freeman is so busy there's usually no time to chit chat. On certain days if you're lucky, Freeman will educate customers with his abundant knowledge and extensive experience on cars and machines when he's got time to spare. Otherwise he'll just focus on the problem you have and give you intelligent answers that's right on the mark.

I bring all 3 of our family cars to Upstar Auto, a place I know I can trust. Parts prices are always better than general market prices and labor costs (very professional though) are a fraction of what dealers would charge. It's a rare and precious trait that Freeman wouldn't want you to waste money on repairs that aren't up to schedule or unnecessary.
