Just recently visited Dr. Lai’s office to have my eyes checked. Never been to an eye doctor before. The entire visit was fantastic from the moment I checked in through my check up. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The office is beautiful. Dr. Lai is a true professional at his craft, he performed a very thorough eye exam, explained everything along the way and gave me great peace of mind.

Dr. Lai and his staff have always been excellent. I have a large fear of having my eyes examined and both Dr. Lai and his nurse are very patient and understanding.

I saw Dr. Lai for what I thought was a really bad case of pinkeye which had been lingering for over a month. Turns out it wasn't pinkeye, but scleritis. He put me on steroids, which cleared up my eye in about a day. I'm still seeing Dr. Lai for follow-up, and he's been very professional, patient with my questions, and has a very calm and reassuring demeanor. I couldn't be happier with the attention I received from Dr. Lai and his staff.

Dr. Lai is absolutely amazing, I can’t recommend him enough. He is so knowledgeable but also makes you feel very comfortable. The office is beautiful and the staff are great. It is so nice to know my family and I are in such great hands.

Very lovely combination of professionalism and caring. Front desk staffs are very nice and caring. Doctor Lai is an outstanding doctor, well knowledge and caring for the patients.
