I was shocked at how delicious the food was. I had the Lomo Saltado with a side of the Aji green sauce. Highly recommended.

Delicious delicious food! Hands down this has been a great (close to me) alternative for Peruvian food and on top of that, they have sushi!!! Japanese AND Peruvian??? Yes please! The chicken was so flavorful and soft. My daughter loved it! Lomo saltado was great too! The flavor was there. Had Plantains and oh wow! I'm a huge fan of fried plantains and very picky but they nailed it here! The staff was so friendly from the very beginning to the end. We ate inside and they were actually attentive while eating there.

You know what, I have Japanese Peruvian friends and I was really happy to find this spot.

My order for two was the super nachos, tallarin saltado, lomo saltado, and Acevichado.

As of February 2021, they're only doing takeout orders so it's going to look empty inside but don't let that fool you-- The store may be empty but the food is full of flavor.

The acevichado is a solid appetizer, and the lomo saltado was especially good with the green sauce. Don't be shy in asking for more sauce.

Delicious Peruvian food with seafood and Yucca.

Stopped by to try this place since I had great experiences with the Higo Sushi in La Habra. The service was on point (kind and attentive) and everything looked fresh and clean inside.

The shrimp on my Higo Roll was cooked excellently and the flavors and texture of the roll was great. The nacho dish was a generous portion of spicy tuna and avocado with wonton chips. I highly recommend that too.

It's a little pricey, but you get the quality you pay for. Whatever you get, you gotta try the green sauce. It was fantastic. Looking forward to trying more dishes later.

Tough break that they opened during quarantine, but I hope they do well.
