I have never had BAO before,I ordered the meat BAO. I was truly impressed with the flavors. The outer dough was made very soft and spongy. The sauce for the chicken of sweet and spicy was the right amount of spicy. I highly recommend if you want to try something new!
Stopped by for some fried chicken and it was really good. Chicken was moist and the original was really crispy. Ordered the Hot but could have used more heat, but nothing hot sauce can't fix.
Love their juicy and crispy fried chicken ! Original spicy is my fav. Garlic soy is pretty good too
Absolutely love this place. I don't know what batter they use on their chicken but that thing is CWISSSPY. I remember watching commercials about chicken but this thing ACTUALLY tastes, feels, and smells just like what I imagined the chicken in those commercials to be like. Always fresh and piping hot too.
Also the dumpling wrappers are really good. I'm Korean so we make mandoo(dumplings) at home but we have to get the wrappers from the market. But you can DEF taste the difference in quality. I personally like the xiaolongbao and kimchi dumplings. The xiaolongbao has a slight sweetness to it that makes it irresistible and makes me keep going and eating the entire plate and room for more!
Side note: bathroom is clean. For me, I personally trust a restaurant more if their bathroom is clean. If twhat is supposed to be the dirtiest place is clean then I know they maintain the rest of their establishment well.
P.S. Don't judge photos they are screenshots from a video I took xD forgot to take photos until it was too late!
