I’ve had a lingering injury in my wrist. This place was by far the best to work with. They had a FREE 15 minute discovery appointment that was available sooner than anybody else in the area. I am a cash paying customer and everyone else wanted to charge over $100 for a quick appointment to see if I need PT or to give an assessment.

Dr. Hayes was my specialist for my discovery appointment. She was super nice, friendly and informative. The front desk was also easy to work with and nice when I walked in. I got some solid insight and suggestions (which most companies are worried about doing these days) and I felt like the time spent was so worth it I had to leave them something behind, so I promised a review.

Shout out to this facility and it’s peeps (especially Dr. Hayes!)

The staff at Covina Hills Sports Medicine is amazing! The therapists are very well trained, knowledgeable and experienced and they are supported by really motivated and helpful assistants. The atmosphere is positive, with good vibes and energy. Rehab is usually not fun and results can be hard to realize but the staff at CHSM provides personal attention and works hard to help you reach your goals. I've done PT several times over the years and I can honestly say that this was the best experience I've had. I worked with Michele and a bit with Julia but the whole team is super and I heartily recommend. Knee replacement frankly stinks but they made it kinda fun and certainly rewarding and I am super happy with the results.

We had an amazing experience with CHSM. I I wish I could give them six stars. My teenage daughter needed physical therapy after her knee surgery. They have a very caring experienced staff and a fun positive atmosphere. I looked forward to going with my daughter. The facility was well stocked with all the equipment you could want and carefully disinfected after each person. They were flexible with scheduling and sent email reminders of appointments. They have online bill pay or pay in person. There is ample parking. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy. I’m grateful that my daughter is healed but sad because I will miss everyone so much.

I have been to Covina Hills Sports Medicine several times over the years for different needs, and I can truly say that the work they do is exceptional. They care about the people they serve, and their care is evident in the therapy they do and the follow-up later. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A shout-out to Michelle and Mark for their excellence, for their caring about me personally, and for their positive attitude. Love you guys!
