I’m happy with the needle insertion skills and wound vac skills that the nurses from this agency. The nurses didn’t have much smile but that’s not what I need from the nurse. I need a nurse with great nursing skills and this is what I found from this agency. I had worked with few other nurses before, they have great smile but they don’t know how to do their work. I rather to have nurse that don’t smile but knowing how to do wound care and administrate the medicine than a nurse with great smile and professional look but don’t know how to do their work
