    Their staff are very kind and thoughtful! They faxed my hearing checkup report to my family doctor right after the checkup because I had appointment with the doctor at the same afternoon. They save me an extra trip to see the doctor.

    Appointment dead on schedule, don't be late, I like that, unlike other places that gives out appointment time, and keeps you waiting past two hours...
