  If it weren't for Chris, I would not be getting ready to move into my new house this weekend as a first time homebuyer. With a sea of offers and overbidding in this pandemic-era housing market, Chris successfully negotiated an offer on the house we fell in love with. Although there were various hiccups during escrow and a couple times where I thought the deal was going to die, Chris exceeded my expectations and managed to keep it alive with a lot of patience but mostly skillful and strategic negotiating. Chris is also extremely knowledgeable about the market, and he always makes sure I am 100% confident in each of my decisions. I look forward to being able to with him again!

  Chris is amazing! He has helped us with 3 transaction. Buying our first house, selling our first house and buying the house we are in now. He has your best interest at heart. Super calm, yet on top of everything. We will never use anyone else.

  Chris was very proactive from the start. He aggressively and strategically marketed my townhouse in Pasadena, resulting in multiple competing bids and a sale price well over asking! Two months later, he negotiated tirelessly to get me my first single family home, beating out other offers. Most importantly, he managed my expectations and kept me grounded throughout the entire process, which could have otherwise been very stressful due to Covid! Thank you, Chris!
