This is a terrific operation. Peter, the owner, and Jerrica, his senior trainer, are attentive and always encouraging. The machines are scientifically and technologically state of the art. They are individually calibrated so that the person exercising can see her progress and when to increase or decrease her effort for the optimal workout. The experience is nothing like the standard gym routine...and just 20 mins twice a week! Just try it...two free sessions. You will get sweaty.

I tried the 2 free sessions and was hooked. Now I've been a client for 6 weeks. I love having a super effective workout that can be done in 20 minutes. I find that the interactive screens on the strength machines to be very engaging as you trace your effort. Makes the time go even faster. The owner and the coach both are very encouraging and give you that little bit of motivation to get though the reps. This is a friendly environment for any level of fitness.
