I’ve been training with JLX for over 8 years. Jammeal makes sure my sessions are tailored to my needs, and would get progressively more challenging as our sessions went on. Jammeal is very professional, he focuses on proper techniques and understand the physiology of the body. JLX Fit is an amazing training facility, with top of the line training equipment. As soon as I walked into JLX Fit, I could see that Jammeal Lopez (the owner) put a lot of time and love into designing his training facility. My favorite piece of equipment at JLX fit is the Watson Football Bar. Since Jammeal started programming the Football bar into my program, I can tell that my shoulder and chest strength has improved.
I also love training at JLX fit because of how clean the training facility is and how much attention to detail Jammeal puts into every workout. Jammeal holds me accountable for every rep I perform at JLX Fit. I always feel safe training with Jammeal, because he monitors everything I do. He will correct my form, until I am in an optimal position to perform that exercise.

Jammeal is the best! He is providing you professional and individualized training catering to your body. His new place is great. Considering the pandemic I would not feel comfortable to work out in a public gym! It is a private place dedicated to your work out!
