I have used Sierra Auto Care for several years and I have no complaints, Quick service and fair prices and very nice people,

They came through for me when my car broke down. I was able to get my car in right away and was given so many options and various solutions. Even when I left and called back for advice, Nick was there to help me through every step. I appreciate you!

I brought my car in at noon to get my brakes fixed and they were able to squeeze me in and get it taken care of that afternoon. Nick texted me pictures of the problem and was able to give me a AAA discount which I greatly appreciated! Great, friendly customer service.

As a three decade resident of this city, Santa Clarita I have never met a more honest and courteous crew. I got screwed by another mechanic who will be out of business in October because karma does work. I had called and met Nick on the phone and he explained the abuse from the other mechanic was not necessary to go through. I expressed to Nick I should give the mechanic one more try which would have been about the 10 try to resolve screw me out of 22,000. A week later the Valencia mechanic had me come pick up my vehicle and half the engine was still disabled. This was very dangerous and unsafe. I drove straight to Sierra Auto and have been treated like royalty. They don't look at you as dollar bills and what diamonds you're wearing but as people that are in stress and need of help. I have since now had all four of my vehicles brought to them and every single one of them were being neglected at the Valencia Center. It was only by luck that I picked Sierra Auto. Ironically after I pick Sierra Auto I realize now that on my AAA and all my other services they come up as the number one Service Company in the Santa Clarita Valley. I owe them more than I can express. The office manager Maria is wonderful and looks to save you any money she can. Nick will give you the shirt off his back to make sure you're happy. If I can give them 10 Stars I would.

Nick and his team are always very accommodating and professional. We have taken our cars here several times, and almost always for non-scheduled things (sudden check engine light, etc). Each time, they have worked our unscheduled repairs into their already busy schedules. We appreciate their commitment to quality, fair prices, and pleasant attitudes. Highly recommend their services.
