I've had to call a few times for extra services (furniture pick up) and each time the staff on the phone were super helpful. Even the guys driving the trucks help - when someone damaged my trashcan, the driver took the time to tell me how to get it replaced. Called again today and Got cust. serv. rep Nick who advised me on how to get an extra pick-up at no extra charge. Thanks for the consistently great service :)

(July 16, 2018, 11:35 am)30 year resident of Santa Clarita and I have never had a problem with trash service. They offer free bulky item pickup which I have used quite a few times. It is great to live in a city where the waste hauling service is actively involved in preventing illegally dumping.
