Dr. Arnel T. De Guzman, DDS

It was my first time visiting this dentist office and I had the BEST experience! I called and had a lot of questions regarding how my new state insurance would work and I was able to get all my questions answered with ease. The office is a beautiful space and makes you feel so comfortable and calm. They have a TV right in front of you when you’re getting seen and you’re able to play shows and movies to ease any nerves. The assistant who helped me, Ashley, and the front desk person, Carissa, were amazing! So sweet and knowledgeable. Dr. Guzman was so amazing too and took her time to walk me through my procedures. I’m excited to come back and can’t recommend them enough!

I am writing a review in behalf of me and my husband. I was already impressed before even coming in. Speaking with the ladies who answer the phones are so nice, helpful and informative when scheduling an appt. As soon as we step foot into the office, you will see that the office is clean, the staff at the front desk are super sweet, it was an easy check in. Unfortunately i dont think i was able to get her name of the one who was handling the front desk that day. I met with both Dr Arnell and Elenor De Guzman and also the chairside assistant ashley. They are so kind, very detailed, and knowledgeable. Due to my medical history they were very gentle with my teeth. They asked me many questions before, during and after the appt. That shows they care and that's tough to find in providers nowadays and i can say that because i work in the medical field to be honest. I completed my appt so while waiting for my husband to finish, Dr Elenor De Guzman explained to me what was happening with my husband and what the next steps will be for his situation. I like that she included me into his care. My husband has nothing but good things to say as well. We are both very impressed with this dental office. Been coming here for a few years now and I have got to say... This place is awesome. When you walk in, they give you a warm greeting and actually are interested in how you're doing! Last time I went they even offered me some girl scout cookies! Who does that!? Haha I drive pretty far away for this great service, and 45 miles, and there's a reason I do... Its because they really invest their time in giving you the best advice for your teeth. They make sure they explain what they are doing, why they are doing it, and make sure you are comfortable during the procedure. I've had regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and had a mouth guard made (my jaw was sore, so I had it made to protect my pearly whites from getting messed up). I give this place my stamp of approval, you will not be disappointed!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I really appreciate how Dr. Arnel De Guzman and Dr. Elle De Guzman take the time to explain my results and procedures. The office is very clean and nicely decorated. They are also equipped with update technology and you can tell they are well trained in their craft. They show that they care about their patients. I've already recommended 3 of my family members to this office and they love it.
