I've visited Melissa several times now. Each time, she investigated my issue thoroughly. She treated me like a human being. She understood and took into account the other medicine I take and made sure the medicine she prescribed worked well and was what I needed.

I had to find a new PCP since mine left town. Am very happy to have found Melissa Stemen NP. She asked me about me not just my medical issues. Was interested in getting to know me before she moved on to the medical reasons I was there. She was very thorough in getting to know my issues and in the exam. Her staff was just as wonderful as her. Glad I was able to find her.

I recently went to Dr Gregory Dowling's office for a yearly checkup and was seen by Melissa Stemen NP. The whole visit was very pleasant and informative for me. I was seen promptly at my scheduled time and was surprised that I was out in about an hour or less. I will look forward to going back when the need arises. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Medicare wellness check. I had several questions. Melissa makes you feel like you’re her only patient. Her focus is totally on you. Takes time not only to answer questions, but also to explain the answer to be sure you understand it. I always feel very confident with her.

Melissa is so wonderful! She takes the time to actually listen to you. I’ve never felt rushed or unheard. She truly wants to get to know you and your life. She will set a great health game plan and do whatever it take to help you achieve your goals. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a family care provider.
