I love FIT4MOM because you get a great workout while meeting other moms in the area. The instructors are all so nice too. I have been coming for several years and love it.
The best class I found after having my son 3 years ago. I had always worked out by myself but when my son was born, I wasn’t able to leave him at home and go out to workout. Till I found fit4mom santa Monica and its amazing instructors and owner. To me it’s both workout and finding other mom’s going through the first years of motherhood. Even though i dont take my 3 1/2 years old son to the class now ( he goes to preschool), i still attend the fit4mom classes just to keep my routine and my community of lovely mamas! I recommend it to every moms who have kids/babies/ new borns.
