(December 5, 2018, 8:00 am)This is quite a good Mexican- on a par with Javier’s over in century city. They make their own tortillas and are pretty proud of it. The menu is more innovative and varied than the standard big Mexican margarita and chimichanga factory with a side of ceviche. The food is authentic and a big cut above average, but it’s not all the way to cuisine. I’m not sure why that’s too much to ask near some very upscale neighborhoods in a county with a huge population of authentic Mexican immigrants, but apparently it is. I can’t name a Mexican restaurant that’s better within an hour’s drive.

I thought I'd had good Mexican food before—and I had—but the chef and his crew do not fail to give you your money's worth and surprise you with the flavors that you'll put in your mouth. This is a place worth giving a shot if you're in the market for a new dinner spot.

(September 22, 2018, 3:59 pm)Not your standard Mexican joint, this food is on par with their other restaurant lineups and definitely impressed. Love the take on classic Mexican dishes and they have reinvented some entirely. Great quality and atmosphere. Kid friendly too.
