  Love the space so much. Could live there. Warm and healing. Stretching with Sarah was an amazing experience. I had never done that before. Will definitely be back. Great place for a party.

  There are lots of choices out there but I feel so blessed to have found SJ Method and Sarah Jane. She truly is an angel, and amazing at what she does. She is gentle, kind, professional and caring. Because of her I will be a loyal customer for years to come, that’s how much I love this space.
  The studio is spotless, and spacious, and smells so clean every time I go. I have easily purchased packages for sound baths(which I fall asleep in), and stretching(first session had me out of pain and walking tall), and I look forward to my personal time there at the studio.
  There is plenty street parking within 2 short blocks of the studio and I get to see the ocean every time I visit 😁

  I have done SJ Method's 90 and 60 minute stretch sessions, and I have to say they felt SOOO good, both physically and emotionally. Part of the appeal when getting stretched by Sarah in her studio is the feeling of being in a spa, with soothing music and bird sounds, lovely scents from the candles she makes herself, and Sarah's cool, friendly vibe. After my first couple of stretch sessions, I signed up for a package of 8 sessions as I knew my bodywork with her would become a regular part of my wellness routine. Her stretch sessions are a hybrid of massage and stretch, and are the perfect pre-game preparation for playing tennis so as not to pull any muscles, or follow up to working out at the gym. I had an issue with a pinched nerve in my shoulder that developed over the last year, and her therapeutic work around that has made it feel MUCH better. Five stars, highly recommended!

  Sary does a great job - from stretching to massage to cupping and the candles are really nice as well. Always feel great after my sessions.

  Had the lovely chance of being at one Sarah’s first sound baths which was simply amazing and refreshing!!!! I highly recommend doing a sound bath after a stretch for that optimal high vibrational results! It’s not only extraordinarily relaxing and refreshing, it’s revitalizing!! Plus it always smells so amazing in there because Sarah makes the BEST smelling candles in her studio as well!! (My favorite is juicy (; ) 10/10 would recommend!! 🥰 thank you Sarah Jane 🤍
