Howard was super friendly and helpful over the phone. Brought my car in (an older one from 1962) the next day where he gave it a drive around the block and couple of quick inspections. Unfortunately he couldn't help me out doing the work himself but was super nice about it, recommended some other shops who might be able to help, and didn't make me feel like an idiot… which is probably the most important thing when owning an older car!
