The Midium

I was recently able to make a purchase from The Midium for my classroom using some funds we raised from local community members.

Cam, the owner, was unbelievably helpful in working with me to make sure my district was able to make the purchase. He was able to accept a purchase order for the item, which is not something The Midium was set up to do originally, which was the only was we could make the purchase.

This process was a long one because of all the tiny details that had to be figured out, but I was in contact with Cam via email and phone almost daily. I have never experienced such friendly and cooperative customer service. They even included a personal, hand-written message with my shipment thanking me and everyone at my district who was involved in organizing the purchase by name.

I honestly cannot recommend The Midium enough to anyone considering a purchase there.

I’ve purchased a number of times from The Midium and I can vouch for the care they take in getting product out quickly and supporting what they sell. Outstanding service and support, and a personal touch that is rare in today’s world. Highly recommended without reservation!
