Operated by a Certified Fitness Trainer formerly affiliated for many years with Torrance Memorial Medical Center and now Ken has opened his own fitness studio with all new equipment, including treadmills, rowing machines, elliptical, complete gym apparatus, bands, weights, balance equipment, etc. I have been going to his classes for 3-1/2 years, I am the newbie, others have been taking his classes for close to ten years. Lots of personalized attention on the equipment to ensure correct form and adequate challenge. Since exercising with Ken, my low back pain, stiff knees and sore shoulder are all gone, ancient history and I owe that to Ken. He always has the right corrective exercise.
