My name is Judy. I have been working with Home care assistance for awhile now. Iam happy working for them and encourage anyone that needs company that listens to the needs of their staffs to apply here. I want to say a very big thank you to Melissa and other staffs for their quick responds when I call.
Great Work Place Friendly staff and Melissa Hickman is by far the best always willing to go an extra mile for caregivers and clients giving me the best advice to help make sure our clients have the best care they deserve thanks to her I’m here providing the best care for my clients
Naturally, when it comes to taking care of a loved one, it is a very difficult decision to make to have someone outside family to aid in important task. The office staff, such as Melissa, are wonderful in creating a care plan so both the family and caretaker knows what is to be expected. Their selection of caregivers and all of the staff during interactions either on the phone or in person are been incredibly kind, compassionate and professional. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Home Care Assistance to a person looking or willing to help another family.
Excellent service....friendly kind staff...they went the extra mile for me...
Kelvin and his team are outstanding, understanding, responsive and caring. We appreciate him and our caregiver Jojo.
