Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Large selection of items to support just about all of your project needs. Be careful though, don't leave your wallet unsupervised in this store. Very easy to spend too much money.

What else can be said about Rockler that hasn't already been said. Their personnel is always helpful, always a nice variety of wood species for whatever project you have going on. A tool selection that'll keep any wood worker happy. I have been a customer for 20 years, and do not see that changing anytime soon! Thanks guys!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a question about an item seen on website. Clerk did not try to oversell and provided honest opinion on item in question. After learning that item would not perform as it was expected, it resolved my decision to not purchase it. Thank you for the honesty. Truly an indication that these employees are extremely knowledgeable and are willing to provide personal experiences in order to save the customer from making unsatisfactory purchases. I saved a few dollars and instead made a purchase of another items on sale.
