(September 20, 2018, 1:20 pm)The BEST Animal Hospital. Dr Zimmerman and the entire staff are awesome. My chihuahua has MVD CHF. I was aware of her heart murmurs before her MVD diagnosis. It was 3 am and I noticed my Chihuahua wasn’t herself and was panting and her chest laboring and would run out of breath doing the simplest things. It got so bad that she fainted. I rushed her to ACCESS and the staff immediately took her and were very caring and made you feel like you and your pet are in good hands.
The lobby is EXTREMELY clean and offers free Kureg coffee, snacks, even dog treats. During normal business hours you will find the receptionists very polite and progressional. The Drs and Vet assistants ...AWESOME I love Torrance ACCESS.
I don’t know about anyone else but I don’t have kids and my 2 dogs are my 4 legged kids. ????
I want the very best when it comes to their health care and I HIGHLY recommend ACCESS. They are open 24 hours.
Banfield is her primary but I feel as though ACCESS is so much advance and have more equipment for special testing vs. Banfield ( Banfield is awesome too) ACCESS has my pets needs. Baby, my chihuahua has been doing great and on her heart meds for life and it’s all thanks to Torrance ACCESS! Thank you guys so much. ❤️ -

(September 6, 2018, 3:26 am)There are very nice when we came in for emergency visits. So our pups were exposed to a parvo virus and we put 3 pups in there one of them is doing great and the 2 are working there way there but i started to get worried because we read the reviews after we put our pups in there but im pretty sure ACCESS has it all covered because they are treating our pups well...Hopefully they survive the virus....

(June 16, 2018, 3:16 am)My beloved baby boy chico passed away at this hospital... The staff was very considerate. They treated Chico with such care and made sure he was comfortable.... They went above and beyond. Im forever grateful for how they helped us and took care of my Chico. They even sent us a card saying how sorry they were we lost him and many kind words. Thank you so much ACCESS Specialty Hospitals.
