Somehow BrightStar has managed to acquire the very cream of the crop for their team! Scheduling is always a breeze with Stephanie and Kaitlyn coordinating the nursing schedule. Every time I call the office I am greeted by one of these ladies and they are absolutely always friendly, cheerful and professional. For nearly 8 months I have had weekly appointments for my care with Nurse Fran, who is one of the most amazing individuals I’ve known. Her knowledge, skill, compassion, and overall character are unparalleled. Brightstar has been wonderful in accommodating my schedule and over the months I have had the pleasure of meeting the other amazing nurses Electra, Annette, and Maria and they are also top notch professionals! It takes a very special person to provide GREAT care to the ill, and this agency is made with the best of the best. If you’re looking for a exceptional nurse for yourself or a loved one, look no further and give Stephanie or Kaitlyn a call.

My nurse was Fran, she was very courteous, knowledgeable and met my needs. Fran went above and beyond what was needed. She calmed me down when I was feeling anxious about my treatment. She took extra time to help me set up my new iPhone which I need so I can have virtual doctor appointments. Fran showed me compassion and empathy for what I was/and still am going through. I highly recommend Fran to anyone who is in need of nursing.

This is the best home health care available in the LA/harbor area!! I have had the pleasure of having the most amazing nurses who are kind, pleasant, QUALIFIED, compassionate, articulate, and punctual! Although Nurse Fran is my favorite, I have seen all terrific RNs and Electra RN, Maria RN, and Annette RN are all welcome anytime to home! The business side of the company is so well managed by Stephanie and Kaitlyn, and they take care of all my scheduling and supply needs. I have worked with other home health companies and none compare to BrightStar! Most importantly they are punctual and highly trained and all around wonderful individuals. If you're needing home health services it means you're already in a vulnerable position, like myself, and its important to have a company that you can trust. Look no further because these nurses are the cream of the crop! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks to the whole team, especially my RN Fran!

I’ve been getting home infusions with Brightstar Care for almost two years for my Fabry Disease. My nurse, Fran is very professional and caring at the same time. I am confident and comfortable with her. She is always on time for our appointments. She is organized, methodical and thorough, keeps everything sterile and constantly monitors my vitals. She observes me without me knowing it. Lol. We always enjoy a movie and the time flies by so I don’t feel like it’s a medical visit. She’s the best! She has set the bar so high, if I ever get another nurse she/he will have big shoes to fill. I’m spoiled!

My son and I have been getting our home infusions with Brightstar for over two years. Our wonderful nurse, Fran takes the best care of us when we get our infusions every two weeks. She is like part of our family and genuinely cares for her patients. Fran has gone above and beyond for us on top of being super flexible with our schedules. I’m so grateful that she is our nurse and I look forward to seeing her every two weeks.
