Dr. Chen is is a very good doctor and has seen my family for 10+ years. He can take care of your needs and is clear with how he can help. Amazing and helped with many muscle pain issues. Highly recommended.

I have been seeing Dr. Chen for 6 months once a week for chronic nerve pain and muscle spasms all along my spine from an old work injury. After only 2 sessions I began feeling improvements and my spine started to realign. With consistent treatment my pain has subsided, my mood has improved and I have an overall feeling of wellbeing. Dr. Chen really cares about his patients and I have already recommended him to all my family and friends. If you have never tried acupuncture before or hate needles, this is the best place to go. It is a rewarding experience and the results speak for themselves.

I had seen a couple of Orthopedic surgeons regarding my lower back issues and pain with all saying surgery was needed to correct my issue. The back specialist at Kerlan-Jobe looked at my case and advised I had four options: 1-Therapy,which did not work, 2- Chiropractor - helped a little but did not reduce the pain very much, 3 - Acupuncture and last 4. Surgery. Not wanting to go through surgery I went to my 1st acupuncture session with Dr. Chen at PV Acupuncture.
After 2 sessions my back pain was almost gone. After 4 sessions it was gone completely!
I cannot recommend Dr. Chen more highly! If there were 6 stars available he would get it!

I have been going to acupuncturists for 20+ years because of chronic back problems, and have been a patient with Doctor Chen for about 3. He is absolutely the best acupuncturist I have been treated by.

6 weeks ago (in July 2016) I was diagnosed with a rare disease called Ramsay Hunt Syndrome. It is when you develop shingles in your ear. Symptoms include hearing loss, vertigo, and facial paralysis (like Bells Palsy), amongst others. It effects many major senses including taste, hearing, vision, and balance. My Western Doctors and therapists suggested a very long (months to years) recovery, if any recovery was possible at all.

I began treatment (5 days per week) with Dr. Chen immediately upon diagnosis. The grim diagnosis by traditional Doctors encouraged me to focus on Dr. Chen's approach. At the start of my treatments, Dr. Chen showed me pictures of a Bells Palsy patient he had treated who showed very rapid recovery of her facial paralysis, which was encouraging.

6 weeks later, and my improvement is DRAMATIC. My facial paralysis began improving in 3 weeks, my vertigo controlled enough to drive in 4 weeks, and hearing has improved dramatically. I go to 4 Western doctors to deal with each of my major symptoms , and all of them are amazed at the speed of my recovery. One of them even asked for a referral to Dr. Chen!

I cannot recommend Dr. Chen highly enough. He is a kind and humble man, with a gentle approach, sharp mind, and GEAT HEALING TALENT. Thank you Doctor for helping me!!!

I started coming to PV Acupuncture about 1-1/2 years. I stopped by one day on my way home from work. I was having trouble with my back. Since then I have had no trouble with my lower back pain. The Doctors are very attentive to their patients and I feel they do an excellent job better than anyone else I’ve been to. They are the greatest. They have given me the results I’ve been looking for.
