KRI is amazing. I live in New Jersey and was looking to upgrade my media center with a new rack mountable chassis and associated power supply. James's responses to my email inquiries were immediate and very helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions, never pressured me to buy, price matched a quote I had seen on another site, and had my gear shipped to me promptly and in great packaging.
