I had a hair transplant procedure here last week. I had many consultations with different surgeons and it was obvious from the consult with Dr Rome and Travis at BSG that this was the place to trust with this delicate procedure.

They treated me VIP and are really invested in your results. They even use the ARTAS Robotic System to extract the best possible follicles for the best possible results. Rodney, Mike, Dr Rome, Travis and the rest of the crew were amazing.

Results will be the second part of the review, but I have no doubt they’ll be terrific. And I love the natural hairline Dr Rome created already. I’ll update in 4-6 months.

Easily the best Barbershop I have ever used. Blake is the best. All of the staff here are super friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable. I cant recommend the place enough if you want a quality haircut.

Here to give BSG the love they deserve! Especially Dr. Chao and Travis. I had my procedure in the beginning of December 2021 and with it being August 2022, I am here to report that I am so happy with my results.

I suddenly started having hair loss (stress, COVID, loss in family, genetics) to the point where I felt self conscious as I got ready for every day. I didn’t want to lose my hair!

I love my hair and wanted to action to maintain it. Travis was basically your camp counselor through the whole thing. He held my hand through the entire experience from start to currently.

From the get, he provided me w a ton of options / combinations for treatment, whether it be Finasteride, PRP, hair restoration, etc. What I appreciated most was the fact that they never shoved down the hair restoration procedure down my throat in my consultation.

In your consultation, they will say whether they see you benefiting from the procedure or not. They are in the business of re-birthing heads of hairs, not scamming folks. After my own research and consulting w Travis & Dr Chao, I felt that it was the right thing for me.

Now for post procedure, it really isn’t that bad of a recovery, just gotta lay low and stock up on shows to watch for a day or two as you want to be careful w the hairs settling in. You don’t have any scars like most hair restorations, I wouldn’t have done this if that was the case. You have a couple post ops in short time periods that everything looks good and on track.

After only three months I had growth while starting Finasteride the same time as the procedure. Through that time, I would text Travis w countless questions and he always responded quickly and had an answer or solution for what was asked. I never have done any sort of cosmetic procedure or surgery in my life and I was skeptical but I am SO happy with my decision.

I get so many compliments on my hair, people asking if I did something different to my hair, ha, and I respond well, yes I did! I didn’t tell my hair stylist that I was doing this and took a break from haircuts to just let everything breathe and go. When I went back, I told him and he told me it was one of the best restorations he has seen (he has been cutting hair in WeHo for 15+ years).

Dr Chao is extremely tactful and talented at making your hairline look natural. NO ONE has ever asked if I had a hair procedure and if I tell them, they are so shocked by the quality.

This type of quality ain’t cheap but oh so worth it. I didn’t have all the money upfront so I am on the payment plan and it is a very reasonable amount w extremely low interest, I don’t even think about it.

If you are considering to do the hair restoration, go in for the consultation and make an educated decision. If you feel like you may need it and your hair loss is constantly on your mind, do it for yourself.

DISCLAIMER: I think bald men are beautiful, sexy, all that and don’t want to take away from them or make it seem as less than. I just have a really weird shaped head and enjoy having hair on it.

This place is wicked cool and the barbers are super talented. At least they are with beards, but I assume with the hair on the top of your head too! If you're looking to upgrade your look, and keep looking sharp, this is the place. Look good, feel good. Go see Brandon or Blake and leave a better-looking version of yourself.

Barber Surgeons Guild is the best place to get a haircut or any other grooming services in town. I tried out a bunch of different spots and non have come close to the service and quality you get at BSG. The people are so nice every time you come in. I highly recommend Blake if you’re getting a haircut he’s always consistent and just great overall. If you’re looking for a quality haircut with a great service I highly recommend booking an appointment you won’t be disappointed!
