We decided to enroll our son in Enriching Hour after screening more than 10 schools in Westlake, Thousand Oaks and Agoura. When he started he had a significant speech delay and difficulty interacting with other kids. Thanks to the loving efforts of the teachers and a rich play-based curriculum, his communication and interaction skills greatly improved within six months. We have seen him blossoming and becoming more confident and sociable day by day.
Enriching Hour offers a very good ratio between students and teachers (6:1) and a nurturing whilst structured environment where academic, social and emotional development aspects are all taken care of. We have found all the teachers to be competent, calm, motivated and passionate about their jobs. Communication between the school and parents is very good (transparent and regular), replies are always timely and clear. The director is efficient, and tries the best to accommodate children and parents need.

My son is in his last year now since he is 5. We started him a few years ago after we moved our family cross country. He was very sad about leaving his friends and our neighborhood in Boston. After a few tours and some online research, I decided to start him at The Enriching Hour. His sadness quickly faded, and he looks forward to every day spent with his school friends and teachers.
Personally, I have never met a more nurturing and kind group of people. The director and teachers truly care about each family and child that is enrolled. Every morning the teachers are always smiling and excited to see the kids. The activities/lessons are engaging, hands-on and developmentally appropriate. My kids (my daughter is now in the 3 year old class) have a ton of fun and have gained a love of learning since starting at The Enriching Hour.
I truly cannot say enough about the positive experience we have had at this preschool.

(August 4, 2015, 1:31 pm)I couldn’t imagine sending my children to any other preschool. The Enriching Hour is truly the most loving and nurturing environment. In addition to that, my oldest daughter came out of the Enriching Hour academically prepared for kindergarten. As a parent, what more could you ask for? I tell everyone I know about the Enriching Hour and couldn't be more pleased with the curriculum, staff and teachers.
