  We came out on 3/2 for an off- season rainy weekend get-away. Check-in was great. Very nice clerk at the front desk. We had the resort mostly to ourselves. Only another few couples here. What a great place! The views of the bay are amazing, and the resort provides close access to Point Reyes area. The room (35) was a little cabin with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and upgraded bedding and linens. It was sparkling clean and very comfortable. A Keurig machine was supplied with both tea & coffee. Nice towels and lovely toiletries. A very generoud check out time of Noon. There is a sparkling outdoor pool, which we didnt use, but was accessible from the sliding glass door (too cold outside, it's early March!) The onsite restaurant Fog's Kitchen was a revelation! They don't have a hard liquor license, so they make an amazing agave wine margarita and other wine cocktails. We ordered the fresh Tomales Bay oysters, the buffalo cauliflower wings (tangy, a bit spicy but not too, with buttermilk ranch dip), the charcuterie plate and for desert, the creme brulee (the best we've ever had, and such a generous portion) and the banana-choclolate bread pudding, and Deco Port from Petaluma.

  Well worth the wait. And there is quite a wait, even when no one was there. Food is excellent. Great views. Make sure to try all dipping sauces. They are really tasty. Nice staff.

  Great little resort tucked into a sleepy bay side town. Rooms are nice and modern with updated interior. Great location for driving out to Point Reyes as well.

  I love this place a lot! I was so happy to stay there! We had 3 girls and got a suite there for a night with good price! The suite was cozy, clean, good view. They have free breakfast which was really generous (they offered you boxes to bring food to your room). The people work there are really nice and helpful! I wish we could spend more time there! Highly recommend it!

  I’ve been staying here since Before it was Tomales Bay Resort.
  It’s a great place, the rooms are pretty nice, not fancy, but very good. I slept great!
  Very clean; bathrooms have been redone in recent years.
  Continental breakfast at Fogs Kitchen was actually quite nice - lots of fresh fruit, breads, muffins, coffee and juice.
  The location and the views of Tomales Bay are well worth the visit.
