Barsky Alan Hypnotherapy

Alan Barsky is remarkably dedicated to his field, and passionate about how hypnotherapy can help people. He's incredibly creative in helping you develop tools you can take with you and use for life. (I have a veritable "forest" of my values to stroll thru, anytime I need to remember just who I am, to feel grounded.)

I found Alan when I was going through some anxiety in my life career wise and dealing with the passing of my dad. I've been to a therapist before that didn't make much of a difference so I thought I'd try hypnotherapy. Alan was great to work with. He first listened to my story compassionately and figured the best course of action to take. After a couple eye-opening sessions, some of the old baggage I was carrying around definitely felt lighter. He gave me a better outlook going forward. He also gave me some good career tips I've been overlooking based on his years of business experience. I still have some work to do, but I'm very grateful for the experience with Alan.
