I am an avid runner and when I fractured my Patella for the second time in two years, I knew I had to start taking better care of my body. I came to Cheryl in a full leg, locked brace and rather than looking at me like I was crazy, she embraced my situation and worked with me. When I finally was able to take my brace off and try my first run, I had a blissful 30 minute run and I owe that entirely to Cheryl. Anyone who can be creative and keep a runner such as myself as strong as she did has my loyalty. I have continued to work with Cheryl and I have been running pain free for years because of her knowledge and ability to create workouts that suit my individual needs. I couldn't recommend a better Pilates instructor.
LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! this place! Cheryl has helped me develop much more flexibility and I make sure that I add her to my calender every time I am in California.She is a "MUST TRY" if you want to see results. Thank you Cheryl!!!
