Scott provided outstanding, excellent and professional customer service. He was very personable, upfront, and honest on the phone compared to others I called. He was just as personable listening carefully to what I needed. No high pressure and accurately helped me know what was due for a full service. Tonya was very pleasant having to reschedule me due to my health.
