    I have been going to Novato Pilates for 15 years. Since Rose and Gretchen became the new owners, the studio increased it's classes, the instructors are all excellent,. Also diversity in offering modern classes.
    I go to NP twice weekly. No doubt that a large part of my overall well being is from Pilates. Gretchen classes are fun and her knowledge of the human body is a bonus!

    Wonderful studio! I have been going here for almost 10 years. Each instructor is wonderful in their own way and you can find a style that works best for you or mix up your schedule to get a variety during the week. Recently they have also been adding sessions of restorative yoga, tai chi, and Tibetan bowl sound healing.
