  This space is lovely and incredibly healing, Dr. Kim does a wonderful job of making you feel safe and at home when seeing her for acupuncture treatments. I've receive both traditional and cosmetic acupuncture treatments from her and they are INCREDIBLE! My skin always feels amazing and more youthful after each session. Anti-aging acupuncture is just amazing! Kim's intuitive readings are also one of my favorite parts of treatments, she has a great ability to really hit the nail on the head and isn't afraid to tell you what you actually need to hear. Best acupuncturist in Marin!

  I cannot recommend Kim Peirano at Lions Heart highly enough!!
  I've been undergoing Celluma LED Light Therapy facials which are part of Kim's Cosmetic Acupuncture and Facial Rejuvenation treatments.
  After 4 weeks of treatment (30min sessions, twice a week) there is a noticeable & considerable decrease in my severe adult acne and a significant decrease in overall redness. I look forward to continuing treatments here!
  Treat Yo'self!! You won't regret letting Kim Peirano take care of you.

  I had the recent privilege of booking an appointment for a Reading/Healing with Kim at Lion's Heart Wellness. I was a bit nervous and felt vulnerable at what might take place during this session. I was immediately welcomed by Kim when I arrived, as we began to talk I felt very comfortable. Kim has an easy way about her that makes you feel heard without any judgment. All are welcome and no topic is off limits. In fact, the more you can share with her, the more she can help you. I felt her "reading" of my life, current situation and next steps were laser clear and on point. Added with the bonus of having a healing next, helped to physically infuse the transformations.
  Since following her direction, I have had increased energy, clarity of thought and more productive meditations.
  
  Kim P. is a POWERFUL "see-er" and Healer. This is someone following their purpose with passion and we are the ones reaping the benefits!

  I had some back and neck pain from sitting at my computer desk all day and Kim was wonderful and after the fist treatment I could tell the pain was starting to ease. She is confident, the atmosphere is great, and she is very professional and knowledgeable. Also had a few crows feet forming and with her artistry in facial rejuvenation and cosmetic acupuncture I can barely tell they are there anymore. It did take a few treatments (there's no miracle for wrinkles like we'd all like to think and wish), but it was well worth it!

  Kim is awesome, super-friendly and knowledgable. I have chronic tension headaches, tmj, and myofascial neck pain. I've had much better results from her acu treatments than from chiropractic or massage. Unexpectedly, acu is MUCH less painful than massage therapy for my conditions. I also tend to faint very easily but have had no problems with acu with the thinnest needles. I would highly recommend seeing Kim for any similar issues. I'll also be visiting her when wrinkles start appearing ;)
