(July 12, 2018, 10:28 am)Almost all of the approximately 10 stained glass windows in this Le Grand, CA church, were originally at the (Spanish) Royal Presidio Chapel in Monterey (1794). They were removed from the Presidio Chapel during a renovation in the 1930s. Rather important historical artifacts for California. The stories I gathered from the docent at the Presidio Chapel, and the parish priest at Our Lady of Lourdes. Note that opening times for Our Lady of Lourdes are quite limited.
