Despite issues with the manufacturer, the experience working with Trade Source Furniture was outstanding, and their customer service was superb. Mason was on top of the order for my coffee table keeping me updated and escalating and putting pressure when needed. When my item continued to be delayed, Mason offered a generous concession, more than I expected, to make up for the inconvenience and frustration (it did!). Like most, I am more than frustrated with the lack of customer service that companies provide these days but that wasn't the case here. I will definitely purchase from them again and refer my friends and family, as well. The table is absolutely gorgeous and well worth the wait. Thank you!

I worked with Mason to order a desk for my client. The first one arrived with some damage and he was quick to get another ordered for me. Despite the damage to the desk Mason made everything extremely easy and was very quick to respond and update me as he received info. This was my 1st time working with this company and I will definitely be working with them again due to their exceptional service.
